WE ARE OFFERING A SPECIAL CRAFT - GREEN CRAFT/100% UPCYCLE MATERIALS
ARTISANS758 will be introducing you to handmade Special blank face signature DOLLS "DOLLUCIANS" created form 100% recycled materials : bottles, newspaper and or copy paper.
Some of the dolls are 100% newspaper while others are a combination of the bottle and newspaper and or copy paper. The newspaper is decorated with hand painting using acrylic paints depicting mainly madras designs in keeping with the fabric used in our non-formal national wear in Saint Lucia and some other Caribbean islands which had the French influence (heritage). This designed newspaper is then used to create the beautiful elegant fashioned outfit and hat designed by me as I dress each doll in its unique outfit - one of a kind. Lace is also a critical component used. The dolls heights range from 11-18 ½ inches.
These blank face signature dolls can become a collector’s item with a wide range of madras and other designer dresses. The dresses/outfits on the dolls are non removable
